Overall, MM has been a good experience. They are still immature and therefore lack some structure, governance, and process of large established companies.

No work/life balance as stated by upper management. Some lower managers lack leadership skill and tend to micromanage employees making them feel like what they do is good enough. Not left to do their job. Just over worked
