They provide full benefits, and unlimited PTO
The annual bonus this year. I'll pass 5-year service and so will get 6 weeks of PTO

It is comparable to most packages I have had at other jobs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being told what I am doing is good enough they demand more and there is only so much that can be done during my available working hours
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work together well, and help each other out when needed
Friendly, collaborative, motivated, and just overall great people are hired
The team is maturing and adapting to being part of ModMed. The junior members of the team are taking on more responsibility and working towards being self-managed.
They are unstoppable! They have a can donattitude and drive resukts fir our clients

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
have a clear idea of who does what within the department/company and who to go to with a particular questions instead of waiting for the manager to play the go between and determining if it's important or not
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is inclusive of all team members, allows for employees to have a good work life balance.
Working from home means a lot more flexibility
All my teammates are remote, so we have to be personal in-between online meetings.
The best culture inhabe ever seen; everyone supports each other
The company tries to provider for all their employees but getting the lunch twice a week and holding a social hour once a month

What did you like most about the interview process?
It has an initial call, then manager call, then panel interview, and lastly need to complete a task related to the role to proof your knowledge
Meeting people and them sharing their experiences
It was a very thorough process.
The people were extremely nice very welcoming and warm.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
You are told one thing during the interview process just so you sign the letter of intend and start the on boarding process. Lack of communication about what you need to do in a timely manner.
What makes you most happy at work?
flexibility of work life balance, no breathing down my neck.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The accounting team provides no client help. The clients are forced to do it the company's way. It takes months to get things removed from a clients invoice and the company is always improperly billing clients. Hire more help to get things done in a timely manner
There is a lack of communicated vision in the individual business unit. We do not know what direction we are going and what goals we are trying to achieve or what we should be working on. Top leadership is not inclusive.
They need to start all over in some departments, and change upper management ASAP.
