It has an initial call, then manager call, then panel interview, and lastly need to complete a task related to the role to proof your knowledge

It was a very thorough process.
The people were extremely nice very welcoming and warm.
You are told one thing during the interview process just so you sign the letter of intend and start the on boarding process. Lack of communication about what you need to do in a timely manner.

The accounting team provides no client help. The clients are forced to do it the company's way. It takes months to get things removed from a clients invoice and the company is always improperly billing clients. Hire more help to get things done in a timely manner
There is a lack of communicated vision in the individual business unit. We do not know what direction we are going and what goals we are trying to achieve or what we should be working on. Top leadership is not inclusive.
They need to start all over in some departments, and change upper management ASAP.
