What did you like most about the interview process?It has an initial call, then manager call, then panel interview, and lastly need to complete a task related to the role to proof your knowledge
What makes you most happy at work?flexibility of work life balance, no breathing down my neck.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?It is inclusive of all team members, allows for employees to have a good work life balance.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?You are told one thing during the interview process just so you sign the letter of intend and start the on boarding process. Lack of communication about what you need to do in a timely manner.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?The accounting team provides no client help. The clients are forced to do it the company's way. It takes months to get things removed from a clients invoice and the company is always improperly billing clients. Hire more help to get things done in a timely manner
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?have a clear idea of who does what within the department/company and who to go to with a particular questions instead of waiting for the manager to play the go between and determining if it's important or not
