Mr. Mahmoodzadegan served as Global Head of Media Investment Banking of UBS AG from 2001 to 2007 and was a member of the UBS Investment Banking Department Americas Executive Committee. He has been in the investment banking industry for over thirteen years. He was an investment banker at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette from 1995 to 2001. His expertise is rooted in a deep understanding of the broadcasting, cable, entertainment, satellite and digital media sectors, significant experience working with financial sponsors and broad knowledge of all aspects of the capital structure. He began his career as an Attorney of Irell & Manella. He serves as a Director at Moelis & Company. Over the years, Mr. Mahmoodzadegan has advised on many transactions for clients including Adelphia Communications, Clear Channel Communications, Liberty Corporation, NBC Universal, Susquehanna Media, Univision Communications and Westwood One.
