Mr. Navid Mahmoodzadegan has been Founding Partner of Moelis & Company since September 18, 2015 and has been its Co-President since September 17, 2015. Mr. Mahmoodzadegan co-founded Moelis & Company and has been its Managing Director since 2007. Mr. Mahmoodzadegan served as Global Head of Media Investment Banking of UBS AG from 2001 to 2007 and was a member of the UBS Investment Banking Department Americas Executive Committee. He has been in the investment banking industry for over thirteen years. He was an investment banker at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette from 1995 to 2001. His expertise is rooted in a deep understanding of the broadcasting, cable, entertainment, satellite and digital media sectors, significant experience working with financial sponsors and broad knowledge of all aspects of the capital structure.
