The bonus structure is solid
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are low performing associates with higher titles, I am asked to work around them vs them being managed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
all operate like a team while we’re states apart yet collaborate ofte
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
have each others back instead of trying to feel good about yourself by throwing a coworker under the bus
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
we get a paycheck every 2 weeks. thats about it
everyone is pushing for the same goal.
