Higher pay. Benefits must be for all employees, not just regular employees. It would be appreciated if all have a health card even for new hires. There is also no grace time for clock in, too rigid.

It would make me feel better to have an increase on my pay since I guess I have the lowest pay on my department and we have similar task.
Because we feel like our department is the least appreciated department of all just because we do the easier task, that doesn't mean we don't have loads of it, the other departments pass their task to us without our consent, and we cant do anything about it since they are our heads

most of us in our team doesn't have a direct experience that is related to the job, the salary of an employee is based on his/her previous company (mostly,call center agents has high pay) they have higher pay compared to us even if they only had a call center experience, so i find it quite unfair
