Mona is an artificial intelligence based mobile shopping assistant that is changing the way people shop. Our goal is to create the world's most personal mobile retail shopping experience. Mona provides an interactive product search experience where she asks for and analyzes customer feedback and provides better recommendations in real-time. This is our first step towards creating a mobile shopping experience that is similar to an in-store dialogue between a customer and a personal shopping assistant. Today, Mona simplifies mobile search, discovery and purchases. In the future, she’ll do returns, re-orders, local search and more.
We think technology and software should be smart and personalized enough to think on behalf of us. We think a smart, personal and simple interface will add a layer of convenience between us and all underlying services and tools in the future. We believe a smart assistant can make shopping easy by adding a beautiful, smart and personalized layer over disparate shopping services and experiences.
