I have been to Monarch Dental twice -- I just spoke to my insurance (Blue cross Blue Shield) in Feb 2020, I was overcharged $136.70 and on 1/2023, I was overcharged 687 --- I have unsuccessfully obtained my overpayment , so I filed a case with the Better Business Bureau,
Monarch dentists are good salesmen, but once they begin a long range dental program, the good service and quality of work goes downhill. I'm sick about the amount of money I spent for the work they did. Always, get a reference from someone you know before you have extensive dental work done.
Very poor customer service. Does not return phone calls.
