Leadership is fair, honest and easy to communicate.
First dental company even though I have many friends across all DSO's and I love this job and this company.
Customer service and bad hours of operation
Very poor customer service. Does not return phone calls.
Monarch dentists are good salesmen, but once they begin a long range dental program, the good service and quality of work goes downhill. I'm sick about the amount of money I spent for the work they did. Always, get a reference from someone you know before you have extensive dental work done.
