Mike Valadakis brings 20 years of experience in financial services across global markets and has successfully driven expansion efforts, growth, operational excellence and financial performance. He began his career in corporate finance and then turned his focus to product development and leading digital transformation efforts across financial products, platforms, and operations. He leveraged this experience to lead international market expansion efforts across Europe and LATAM within the financial services sector, introducing and developing new business units and managing acquisition activity. He brings a broad base of strategic, financial and operational experience to Tempus where he leads the Digital Partnerships and Markets group. Mike holds an MBA from Temple University, specializing in Finance, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
