I wish the company would improve the way they fire people because some of the people I work with have been there so long that they’re comfortable doing nothing, and don’t improve themselves while newer employees work hard and show better attitudes toward team members and customers.

very high pressure and management treats employees as very disposable.
Getting rid of negative people, asking the tellers how they can better improve their day to day work(internet,equipment,operations), updating MCash, cutting down spending on so much paper and printing to cover costs for new equipment. Stop sending the same refurbished equipment & save on shipping
