What makes you most happy at work?Great coworkers. We have a lot of fun while at work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Positivity is a core value at Moneytree. Most team members operate with a where-there's-a-will-there's-a-way approach. We collaborate and get things done!
What are some of the best things about your team?Our team has a can-do attitude, is eager to contribute, collaborate, and improve processes. Everyone has a cheerful attitude. We laugh a lot.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?They have a very "get it done" attitude. They don't care what is actually possible, they put unrealistic expectations on employees sometimes.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?very high pressure and management treats employees as very disposable.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?I wish the company would improve the way they fire people because some of the people I work with have been there so long that they’re comfortable doing nothing, and don’t improve themselves while newer employees work hard and show better attitudes toward team members and customers.
