What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Need all new management they have no clue
they need to stop lying about there being room for advancement, the only way you will get to the top at this company is if you are a brown nosing fool. the favoritism at this place is beyond unbelieveable! it doesnt pay to be a hard worker anymore, now its all about who you know.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good insurance good pto one time bonus
decent insurance plan as well as 401k

Quit whining complaining and no more drama
too many lazy workers that pass the buck and tell your business. too much gossiping and not enough working

All new management would help
been with the company for 4 years and have not been able to advance in any department, companies are backing out left and right and we are losing business constantly. off for a whole week next week due to mismanagement and an ordering problem - without pay!
What do you like best about your company?
as of right now, nothing! i used to be highly motivated thinking there was room for advancement within the company until i figured out that this was only if you are one of the chosen favorites, now i hate to even get up and drag myself to the job
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
new management who dont know everyone and have no favorites but this is just a dream because everytime they hire anyone new they always end up being the same
