Mr. Deming Xiao has been the President of Asia Operations at Monolithic Power Systems Inc. (MPS), since January 2008. Mr. Xiao served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Monolithic Power Systems Inc. and served as its President of MPS Asia Operations since January 2008. He served as the Vice President of Operations of Monolithic Power Systems Inc. since October 2003. He joined Monolithic Power Systems Inc. in May 2001 and served as Foundry Manager until January 2002. He served as the senior Vice President of Operations at Monolithic Power Systems Inc. and served as its Director of Operations since January 2002. From June 2000 to May 2001, He was Engineering Account Manager at Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing, Inc. He spent 6 years as the Manager of Process Integration Engineering at Fairchild Imaging Sensors, a company. He holds a B.S. in Semiconductor Physics from Sichuan University, Chengdu, China and a M.S.E.E. from Wayne State University.
