Ms. Saria Tseng has been Vice President of Strategic Corporate Development at Monolithic Power Systems Inc. since 2009 and has been its Secretary and General Counsel since November 2004. Ms. Tseng joined MPS from MaXXan Systems, Inc., a privately held provider of intelligent storage networking solutions, where she served as Vice President and General Counsel since December 17, 2004. She served as Corporate Secretary of MaXXan Systems, Inc. Ms. Tseng has accumulated a broad spectrum of legal expertise and business knowledge in the technology industry over the past 22 years. Prior to her corporate experience, she was an attorney at Gray Care Ware & Freidenrich, LLP, (also known as DLA Piper) where she specialized in corporate securities law, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing and General Corporate Counsel for a wide range of technology companies and venture investors. Previously, she practiced law at Wang & Wang and Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue, focusing on technology licensing, strategic alliances and cross-border transactions. She has been Director of Super Micro Computer, Inc. since November 10, 2016. Ms. Tseng is a Member of the state bar in both California and New York and a member of the bar association of the Republic of China (Taiwan). She holds Master of Law degrees from Boalt Hall, University of California at Berkeley and Chinese Culture University in Taipei.
