Competitive salary and good bonus scheme and other benefits
The most comprehensive benefits package I have ever had with an employer.
About mid-range - pay is fair but not great.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Lot of collaboration within and outside of my direct team. Everyone is very approachable and friendly.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Manager to create a nice Team environment rather than making it so competitive that nobody wants to work there
Well I personally have found it to be a hostile working environment. People are generally worried about the company's health.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its very diverse. A good mix of cultures and people . The company is very inclusive and many females in leading roles
The culture is pretty relaxed but fast paced at the same time. My co-workers are friendly and willing to jump in and help out. Office events are pretty diverse with a bunch of opportunities to get together for some fun not just in the office but outside as well.

The recruiter I worked with here was extremely transparent so I was kept in the loop at each step.
