Most of team was talented and passionate. There were some members that were totally unproductive and were not held accountable.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs to hold associates accountable, be willing to have tough constructive conversations, be open to challenging status quo, spend the time to build sustainable processes, stop opening hotels prematurely, lose the sense of entitlement they get because our hotels serve the 1%, and more.
