What is the best part about your compensation package?
The fact that we get to utilize Monte doctors, with little or no co-pay. Love that my medication is delivered to my office!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel we underpaid in the market for our roles and that other individuals are overpaid for the same job. Some subordinates make much more than Managers

What are some of the best things about your team?
I like them and for the most part they also like me
Everyone is very smart, professional and really cares about the business
The fact that we are a cohesive team. We raise and fall together! We all complement each other and we have a great leader!

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Support coworkers and work as a team instead of the "it's not my job" attitude.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
there is respect most of the time
My manager makes my work culture supportive, safe and balanced
We have a positive culture, we are always looking for ways to improve performance and patient care. There are opportunities for career advancement and course for improvement are offer and are encouraged.
A family type of atmosphere. People are friendly , cordial and respectable

They asked me fair questions
Everyone was prepared to meet with me, seemed excited to meet with me

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Low staff scheduled for night shift, and lazy supervisors. Company needs to raise the compensation rate to attract better supervisors.
