Listening to the people at the lowest levels to give whats needed to meet the demands from corporate. Theyre changing things that look good on paper but do not actually work in practice. Unhappy hourly leads to poor products and poor quality.

There is no on the job training. If any one complains they are marked. Upper management likes to gaslight the workers. I'd feel better if management was more segregated from the employees

The people in our team is the reason we stay at Morgan. But even that is becomming not enough.
