What are some of the best things about your team?
We have some dedicated employees that try and make things run better even though it seems we are understaffed or ja e alot of new people .
The different cultures and ideas they bring to the discussions and the creative way we handle obstacles.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Friendly / knowledge co workers make the culture positive mostly . As far as environment, it is a tough job but not extremely tuff ..I do enjoy my job
Willingness to work remotely if we have acceptable numbers and trust the leaders have in those they have hired to do the jobs.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Simple interaction ls with the boss , and he makes you fell happy to be part of a growing company

What makes you most happy at work?
My boss is the greatest boss
Being able to interact with customers and also watching our shipping team members bust there tail to try and get orders out on time on a daily basis
The people I get to work with eveyday.
