What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I'm a newer hire that was hired with a specific title and to my knowledge was suppose to lead. Instead I am severely micromanaged and over ruled.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everything everybody and the majority of people
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Would like to be moved into a department that will allow me to do what I was hired for.
