I had a supportive manager who valued my work and appreciated my work.
My manager and director are nice. Not thrilled with my diector's boss
Managers are ery nice but very busy. Hard to get an answer to a question sometimes

Overhaul training, clean house, and bring people in that know the business and can develop professional training materials. Quit laying people off every few months. Learn to manage your business in this economy. Or better yet do us all a favor and close up shop!

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay and benefits are good
Healrh benefits are decent and we have 401k
The medical insurance is afforable
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Cheap compan, all positions underpaid
Should be reevaluated every 6 mths for a raise and also for production output

We all have bad moral and by communicating with one another it doesn't help getting through the day.
