Overhaul training, clean house, and bring people in that know the business and can develop professional training materials. Quit laying people off every few months. Learn to manage your business in this economy. Or better yet do us all a favor and close up shop!

Should be reevaluated every 6 mths for a raise and also for production output

They need to be more thorough when explaining the job description. Also mention that you might not stay in the department you are hired for.
