After my first six months I have learned a lot, been treated respectfully, and appreciate how departmentalized everyone is. This creates more of a team oriented group rather than everyone trying to be the center of the manager's attention.

Its a lot better than everywhere i've been

Former Employee, First couple of months was great. Then the management showed their true colors. Nepotism runs rampant, employees are over worked, machinery constantly failing. Not the best food grade facility Ive worked at.
