Mr. Richard N. McLellan, also known as Rick, has been the Senior Vice President of Brazil at The Mosaic Company since February 6, 2017. Mr. McLellan served as Senior Vice President of Commercial at The Mosaic Company from April 2007 to February 6, 2017. He served as Vice President of North American Sales at Mosaic Co. since December 2005 and as Country Manager for Mosaic Co. ( and prior to the Combination, Cargill's) Brazilian fertilizer business since November 2002. Prior to his work in Brazil, he held various roles in Cargill's Canadian and U.S. operations, including grain, retail and wholesale fertilizer distribution. He began his career in Ontario, Canada with American Cyanamid in 1978. He joined Cargill in 1989 and held various roles in its Canadian and USA operations, including grain, retail and wholesale fertilizer distribution. He has been Chairman of the Board at Phosphate Chemicals Export Association Inc. (del) since February 2008 and serves as its Director. He is a Graduate of Brock University in St. Catharine's, Ontario.
