Every metric from what was experienced. There's zero checks and balances.
Not treating employees as children and lying to them

401K match. Time off and ability to roll over PTO. Leave policies and coverage. Each year they add additional benefits.

Being empowered and truthful instead of fear of retaliation from management.
More connectivity is required. Coworkers can connect on weekly basis and discuss more about work and network better.
We don’t have meetings at all.
