What do you like best about the leadership team?
Approachable and caring towards me
All seem bright and truly act in the best interest of the company as a whole.
The executive team is Open, humble and inspiring
Approachable, huge about advocating for upwards movement to those interested, work hard to make the company a good fit if you don't like your initial assignment, extremely low turnover

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary and opportunities for bonus and profit sharing.
Great PTO options and package.
It ks generous and human centered
5 weeks PTO plus paid volunteer hours, 16 weeks paid maternity level

Benefits could be better now.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone seems eager and willing to learn.
Bright and curious group. All are interested in growing the company.
Meetings like most firms tend to be long and can be more effective
Regular interaction even if separated by offices or even states
Cohesive, caring, collaborative, curious, and courageous

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They encourage interaction through many office events and frequent communications.
The company culture is very inclusive and accepting.
It is collaborative and not heirarchy heavy
Lots of group activities forcing other departments to familiarize and learn from one another, share in struggles accomplishments and ideas alike
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Change up in IT management, starting from the top
What did you like most about the interview process?
I had access to the highest levels. They showed genuine interest in the experience I had to offer.
The person I report to is incredibly kind, smart and dedicated.
It was nice interviewing with several people I would have to work under at once. Allowed insight into expectations and more of what day to day might feel like.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Is there really a need to have such a thorough background check? It's deeper than financial institutions. Crazy!
What makes you most happy at work?
I work a hybrid schedule, so I truly enjoy the connection with coworkers and interacting with them.
The team I work with is very bright and has a sense of humor.
The people, the strength of partnership and in general the humble culture
Always some new announcement about a way the company will be showing their appreciation through various perks, surprises, meals, group activities off site etc
