What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm learning so much. I used to work at a corporation before. But now learning what leadership really is. And how work gets done fast and happy.
A great embodiment of scrum systems and open transparent work structure. Founders are structured and work well with people.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very thoughtful. Bonuses are cool plus.
That it's flexible and the founders are really cool people about it.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Openness. We communicate everything. And if anyone is upset, we make sure to send it to the upset slack channel and deal with it. Sometimes it's just miscommunication.
The team is well integrated and friendly. We don't' have those usual company issues. Team culture is like a family.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Happy friendly and fun. management and juniors are always interacting. We're a small company, hence it's a good interaction.
