I do not have to worry about medical care, its all in the package
PTO and my 3 month bonus

We strive on team playing
I know I can depend on my team for assistance as needed

Less conflict with day and night shirt, everyone to put in 100%,less gossip
More Team work and motivation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Mt. View is very personable not too big ,not too small, we get to be personal with each and every patient
I love the environment people seem to be happy in their postion
My work has a friendly atmosphere.
