Sallie DeMarsilis — Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer at Movado Group

Ms. Sallie A. DeMarsilis has been the Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of Movado Group, Inc. since March 31, 2008 and served as its Senior Vice President. Ms. DeMarsilis served as a Senior Vice President of Finance at Movado Group, Inc. since January 2008. She is a senior level financial executive with over 15 years of financial management experience. Prior to joining Movado Group, She served as Senior Vice President of Finance with The Warnaco Group Inc., a publicly traded global wholesaler and retailer of apparel. She served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Principal Accounting Officer of AnnTaylor Stores Corp. and Ann Taylor from March 2004 to December 3, 2004. Prior thereto, with respect to both AnnTaylor Stores Corp. and Ann Taylor, she served as Vice President and Controller from 2001 to 2004, Senior Director and Assistant Controller from 2000 to 2001 and Assistant Controller from 1994 to 2000. She served a varied client base for several years working in public accounting with Deloitte & Touche LLP. Ms. DeMarsilis is a graduate of the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
