Working in the company for a long period now, and the annual appraisal does not happen as it should be. Company has been growing steadily however no hike makes you less motivated

A seperate area can be allotted for the handwashing and food disposal purpose. Because it stinks as the food disposal area is close to the washroom.

To start implementing processes and apply them, share SOP´s with managers regarding procedures. Create an engagement team to coordinate and create employee´s activities. Define roles and job descriptions. Hire more people to cover all department need

Particularly long-tenured employees (12+ years), hold dominant roles in decision-making. While their experience and knowledge are valuable, this has sometimes created resistance to change and innovation. They are not accepting new ideas and insights. Better rotate their projects/have assessments

management team is changing often, and employee benefits are available in company, being a tenured employee, we have seen many good benefits was available earlier, but now all such benefits were removed from the company
