I haven't really been exposed to much negativity within Mozilla, but I also work remote. Everyone is always very friendly and willing to listen.

There is no ego in my team. Everyone contributes to the progress of the organization and has a voice. Their skill sets are exemplary as well as their communication.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team tackles issues that are important to the employees. We have an excellent diversity and inclusion program, as well as support for ongoing efforts to enrich our products and delivery processes across the organization.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to do what I love, and get paid for it. I get to be a part of something amazing at Mozilla in a culture that is mostly bottom up driven. It's unique and satisfying.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Mozilla provides 100% medical and awesome maternal and paternal leave benefits as well as additional wellness compensation yearly. They provide quarterly bonuses that can be up to 40% of your quarterly eligible salary in lieu of options/stocks. They also provide a yearly 401k deposit up to 7%
