Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
$10/hour is barely minimum wage. I have been asked to do a number of tasks that were well outside that pay rate.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My direct boss and a couple of the managers are easily approachable and actually try to solve problems.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My direct boss has the philosophy that if deadlines are being met and (big) mistakes aren't being made, then everything is going smoothly.
