For the most part there is no work so you pretty much sit around waiting on work

Good people, the company seems to care.

Very poor,treated very poorly for doing my job as a supervisor,have people under me doing what they want when they want,then I was written up for speaking up, people at the facility were questioning why mpw employees were not at their assigned areas,which I was censored from asking about

Really good leadership. Company is in tough industries so the work can be hard but really rewarding. Good place to work with tons of opportunity but the work is physically demanding.

Employees are not treated very well, salaries are no where near what is implied, benefits are not the greatest. Mr Black and his family has profited of the backs of employees that they trample on everyday.

That they talk to us with respect

Genuinely care about the people. They are always available and do alot for people but dont brag about it

Everything no communication only certain people get to work

New management sounds better than anything.

Being professional and reasonable at the least

Medical coverage is great, but pricey

Management keeps getting paid in winter while the workers starve

Paid what i was promised and get treated right

20 an hour would be a better fit considering inflation

Cannot think of any at this time

Safety coordinator was very cool, collect I like the way he talked to us he explained everything the how it should have been explained he is a very people person

Met with many people not just recruiter

Making the day go by working getting the job done and cutting up with the fellow coworkers

Respect compensation and benefits and hours.

The people I work with and the security offered due to strong leadership

The management needs to be looked at. Im being treated very unfairly.
