Mr. Elton Ray Bond has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of MRC Global Inc. since May 2011. Mr. Bond has been Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of MRC Global (US) Inc. since October 2009. Mr. Bond served as Senior Vice President of Financial Reporting and Internal Audit at MRC Global (US) Inc. (formerly, McJunkin Red Man Corporation) since October 2009. Prior to that, Mr. Bond served as the Vice President of Finance and Compliance at MCR Global Inc. from December 2008 to September 2009 and Director of Finance and Compliance from January 2007 to November 2008. He started his career with McJunkin Red Man Corporation as the Acquisition Development Manager in April 2006. He was employed with Ernst & Young from 1997 to 2006, serving in a variety of roles, including Senior manager - assurance and advisory business services. He serves as Member of risk management committee of MRC Management Co. and Greenbrier Petroleum Corp. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the West Virginia Society of CPAs. He received a B.B.A. from Marshall University in 1997.
