Even though i have a brother that works woth mrc we dont team up on people. I dont understand why friends do it to me

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
If the higher up management don't announce when they are going to show up. So they see what's going on without some people putting on a show. Surprise visit would be nice. So they can see what really goes on.
