They do not properly train their employees to release medical records. Actually, no one is certified/licensed at their locations to release medical records! Their new trainer talked about her acrylic nails more than teaching us what we needed to succeed on job! Lots of bullies and favoritism.

Hire more people of color. Educate upper management on different cultures.

They need to investigate this company for constant violation of HIPAA laws.

They need to improve their hygiene and attitudes. They need to end the cliques and work as a team. Being bullies isn't cute.
