There are no benefits, health care insurance, 401k contributions from employer is low, no bonus, salary rise once in 18months
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to improve their hygiene and attitudes. They need to end the cliques and work as a team. Being bullies isn't cute.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Hire more people of color. Educate upper management on different cultures.
