What do you like best about the leadership team?
They try their best but have hands tied
The way they encourage and are open to employee input and ideas. Their flexible approach to any situation

Leadership team focus on listening and being upfront with initiatives empowers the employee to do their very best to support the mission and strategies of the company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being open and transparent, they are invisible.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have an excellent 401 K package.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Men at the same level are paid more. No women on the senior management team
The base pay, yearly raises and bonuses are significantly below industry levels
What are some of the best things about your team?
Good technical knowhow and lots of experience
Great bunch of people. Helpful and fun to work with
They are consistent and reliable.
All are smart and work together. We focus on obtaining solutions and not pointing fingers
We have a great boss and my team is always willing to help and provide feedback to my work.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Every person is important and plays a role
We are dedicated to learning.
Most people are very easy to work with and I learn from them a lot.
There is some flexibility in work schedules and remote work depending on which group you work for
It is an evolving culture that demands your best work - we look forward to the challenge and the ability to contribute to the longevity of the company's success.

I got the job eventually
The quick response time I received from the manager.
I enjoyed my conversation with my boss. I also liked that the process was quick.

What makes you most happy at work?
Getting things done and interacting with my colleagues
Getting quality work done to service our people.
People and accomplishing tasks makes me happy
I really enjoy working with some people at work and I am happy that our work schedule is relatively flexible.
Everyday opportunities to make a difference
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Pay and compensation is fairly low and therefore company often struggles to hire and retain talent. Most groups are understaffed. R&D is always at risk of attrition and loss of significant tribal knowledge. Don't see a lot of opportunities for development within the company.
