What do you like best about the leadership team?
No micro management they allow you to get your job done with out the stress of someone standing over your sholder
The team is the best part.

Work on getting in touch with the real work force, not just the yes men directly reporting to you.
Take more responsibility toward work.
focus on rewarding good employees, so they stay. bad employees come and go always. good ones leave if they're not compelled to stay.

Great benefits good company and options

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like equity when we have excellent years.
Should be pay equal to work.

sharp, dedicated, since of urgency, and helpful.

they need motivation, and they don't have it in the form of reward, and they don't have it in the form of integrity.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Good coworkers but management level have to improve their level of knowledge

payday is what I'm looking forward to and the ability to get an raise as well a good company to move up in
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Moral and pay should be higher
quality personnel at the ground level are not encouraged to stay. there is not sufficient tangible compensation for improvement and excellence.
