My overall experience with this company is that they allow me to demonstrate my skills I have, and to be trained on skills that will help me succeed at being a great customer care representative. In addition, the staff is great to get along with.

I like the fact that everyone is pleasant, helpful, gets along with one another, and participates in teamship.

My team works together to come up with ideas and ways to improve on the company procedures and processes.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are no negative vibes, and everybody gets along with one another. We are always adding new talents a couple of times per month.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I can go to work and enjoy helping the customers that call. In addition, being able to provide excellent customer service to individuals that appreciate it.

Being able to speak with the interviewers one on one, and given a chance to provide feedback to the managers who are interested and understand what is expected of me.
