It is ran very well
I like the fact that everyone is pleasant, helpful, gets along with one another, and participates in teamship.

That the company offers a great benefit package, and offers other perks as well.

Positive culture to work in
There are no negative vibes, and everybody gets along with one another. We are always adding new talents a couple of times per month.

Being able to speak with the interviewers one on one, and given a chance to provide feedback to the managers who are interested and understand what is expected of me.

Happy to come to work
That I can go to work and enjoy helping the customers that call. In addition, being able to provide excellent customer service to individuals that appreciate it.
