I had high hopes when I started at MTX. Great people and i love my job. But nothing is real. The revenue numbers are false and the ceo pretended we were in hypergrowth as they laid huge numbers of people off. The ceo promised colleges across the country hundreds of millions and lied to all of them.

Generous compensation but no matching 401K

Good recruiters. Very good communication
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people who work there live the values but the owner / CEO and his wife do not
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Some very smart, experienced people but the ceo doesnt listen to the direction they recommend. The ceo is an arrogant child who is losing his company because he follows his gut instead of trusting his staff
