What do you like best about the leadership team?
Some very smart, experienced people but the ceo doesnt listen to the direction they recommend. The ceo is an arrogant child who is losing his company because he follows his gut instead of trusting his staff
I get to work with our CEO and Co Founder everyday
The best thing about the leadership team is that they constantly recognize and celebrate the hard work of family members and make sure everyone is listened to and appreciated.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, execution of priorities. Honoring commitments.
The leadership team needs to improve organizational skills, transparency, and respect for clients and employees, alike.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Generous compensation but no matching 401K
Great pay and good and affordable benefits packages.
The salary is fair and benefits are adequate.
MTX offers an incredibly competitive salary along with perks that are unheard of at other organizations such as a year of paid leave and their cancer care program.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to other companies, benefits are very poor.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Smart, work well together, great team players
Everyone is in it together
My coworkers are eager to perform, especially under poor management style.
My team is incredibly collaborative and anyone is willing to help you with tasks at any time. They take the time to help you learn and grow both personally and professionally.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The CEO turns all hands calls that should be 15 minutes into rambling diatribes.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people who work there live the values but the owner / CEO and his wife do not
Our company culture is a priority!
The culture at MTX is simply unbeatable. You are truly treated as a member of the family and never made to feel uncomfortable or less than. Everyone uplifts and helps each other achieve success and is genuinely invested in helping their coworkers.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Unfreeze commission, stop overworking the delivery team.
Honesty and integrity are lacking, coming from the CEO downward.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Easy and fast, not too difficult
It was very quick and was only 3 rounds.
Good recruiters. Very good communication
Every step of the way was very thought out and well put together
I appreciated the positivity of the interviewers.

What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to see my family members faces on a daily basis.
My team at work makes me the happiest. I feel excited to show up and work collaboratively, knowing that I will be supported with anything I take on. Everyone is understanding and respectful of my time, as well.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I'm not at all confident that we will be able to complete the projects we've agreed to.
The management is in need of proper training in effectiveness and ethics.
