Acting like they care about their employees and keeping good talent around.
There needs to be a process followed with internal practices. Company is way too ambitious but very political internally!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pays extremely low compared to industry, hire low talent management to keep wage expense low,
The pay is much less than industry average. Bonuses and "fixed" variable pay are retracted at their discretion.

Low quality middle management plus leadership that doesn’t care about their employees. Will not invest in talent. Does not care about employees care
Chaos and no proper structure at manager level
