I have not seen great leadership here. In fact I have witnessed abuse from CEO and management.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no compensation program, they hired me as a freelancer and they are unable pay what the contract says
What are some of the best things about your team?
My direct team was great and we shared lots of support for each other. Other teams I cannot say the same.
They are always friendly to others

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
This company should evaluated by legal professionals.
The CEO needs to learn how to speak with his employees he cant curse every day or in every call and most important, stop hiring people you know you are unable to pay
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
interviewed twice, once by HR and once by a team that has no connection to the job description.
They should keep good and knowledgeable people for the interviews.
They just want to capt candidates, anyone that is willing to work a lot of hours and being mistreated

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Nothing promised is executed to its customers. This is a 10 year "start up" company.
The work environment is terrible, a lot of gossiping, at one point I thought that the only way you can get some recognition for your work is ruining someone else.
