Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Provide US employees with a pension. German employee pensions are required to be funded by the company.
less equal treatment for all, more individual incentivisation

High skill levels, extremely committed, collaborative - and have each others' backs. (Also exceptionally nice people)

The people and teamwork in getting the job done
Enthusiasm people have in their roles, level of commitment. I have worked at major companies over the years and MR definitely shows appreciation and strives for a positive culture
