What's the pay like for Engineering roles at Musala Soft?
We do not have the right to share our salary amount, but I feel that my skills and what I do is well paid.

Well, there is a great variety of people - after all, we are almost all engineers.

The company has almost horizontal structure, so the leadership is different in every project and in one project you can lead, and to be led by others - it all depends on your skills and will for self-development,
What's the vibe like in the Engineering dept at Musala Soft? How many hours are you working?
It's very vivid and relaxed. Even when a frightening deadline is approaching, everybody tries to be as relaxed as can. The company culture is evolved in such way, that you do not take blames for other, but you win and fail together as a team. And when you fail, the company has your back. We have the obligation to work 8 h per day, and we have the freedom to distribute the load in the month at our own pace (coordinated with other team peers, of course). But working more than 8 h per day is not favored and is willingly avoided.
