What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The people who are hired as managers have no idea on how the industry works. Within the last 2 years, there were 4 different people to lead the team and they had different visions and thus the team is struggling. There is no proper recognition for anyone if they put a lot of effort to achieve a task
