they work as a team, by jumping in and helping where it's needed

Communication, accountability, hiring, not being incompetent, etc.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Insurance for our families is great
Offers semi annual bonus. Also just recently had 20% pay differential
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Does not matter if you are a hard worker one bit. MCN hires morons and not only is it okay to do your job half assed, it is expected.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work great together and compliment each other
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to match my level of intensity and take pride in their jobs more.

I don't have a comment. I just started

Hire people suited for the job they are hired to do.
